Prices are per day and do not include cleaning of the house at the end of the stay (from 100 to 160 CHF depending on the number of guests), bed sheets (20 CHF per guest), and tourist tax (3.25 CHF per guest per day (excluding children under 14 years).
30% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. The payment can be made either by credit card or by bank transfer. The balance will be paid upon arrival.
IT IS ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THE GARDEN ONLY. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Cancellation Policy
Until 30 days before arrival: 30% of the whole amount is due.
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the whole amount is due.
From 15 days before arrival: 100% of the whole amount is due.
